We built this for our own product first.
MeetMeAt had the usual problem. People signed up, looked around once, and never came back. We had read the books that answer exactly that, and we kept retelling our agent the parts we remembered.
So we stopped retelling. We wrote the onboarding framework down as a single SKILL.md, dropped it into the agent, and asked it to audit the real activation flow. What came back was not a summary. It was an annotated funnel with the step where people actually dropped off.
That file became the second one, then the sixth. BuilderBooks is that library, cleaned up and made buyable. Every skill credits and links its source, because if the framework helps you, the book is worth your money too.
